1 Small Red Onion
1/2 Bunch Cilantro
1oz Lime Juice
1oz BBQ Sauce
Mince Avocado, tomato, red onion, and jalapeno in a small bowl, pull apart cilantro leaves and slice thinly. Cut pineapple into cubes and pan sear the pieces. Let it cool and mince as well. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.
