Honey & Paprika Chicken Satay

3 chicken breasts
4 oz of paprika
2 oz of wildflower honey
1 sprig of rosemary
1 sprig of thyme
2 oz of olive oil
and water as needed

Mix paprika, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Chop the rosemary and thyme and add to mixture. Add olive oil and whisk water into the blend as needed until the mixture has the consistency of a sauce. Cut the chicken breasts into 5 strips and let them marinate in sauce for 2 hours. Put chicken strips on bamboo skewers and sear it in the pan. Finish chicken in the oven at 350 degrees until cooked.

  • We LOVE satay at our house and your photos are stunning, Alice! Like you, I tend to use side light from my window as well. Clearly I need to branch out and try some new stuff!
