Jewish Traditional Cooking {Cookbook Review + Giveaway!}

This review is long overdue. I have never been this excited about a cookbook before. “Jewish Traditional Cooking” is everything a cookbook should be. It does everything the perfect cookbook should do. The writing is informative. The photos are visually stunning and grab at your appetite and makes you want to get into the kitchen so you could recreate the delicious looking dishes. Ruth Joseph and Simon Round have put together a fantastic journey of Jewish food that leaves you torn between wanting to keep turning the pages and wanting to test out the recipes. They cover the classics such as Meatballs, Potato Kugel, Knishes, Stew and Fish and bring in new flavors with Asparagus and Leek Blintzes with Cheddar Cheese and Vegetable Mixed Grill with Mint and Cilantro Dressing.
