Spicy Tuna Melt Egg Rolls
Egg roll wrappers
Place tuna in center of egg roll wrapper. Place cheese on top of tuna. Drizzle sriracha sauce over cheese. Fold egg roll wrapper by rolling over the top and bottom part of wrapper, then folding over from left to right. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Spray with cooking oil then bake on 350′ for about 12 to 15 minutes or until outside is golden and slightly browned and crispy.
