Take one dough ball at a time and flatten as best you can. Put about 1/2 a tsp. of tomato sauce and a tiny sprinkle of cheese. Fold dough over and roll into a ball. Place on the pizza pan. Continue with the rest of the dough balls.
Place the dough so that it forms 3 circular rows around the pan. place in oven and bake for 25 minutes or until done.
Serve with a small bowl of tomato sauce for dipping.
