Easy Parsley Salmon

Like simple and easy yummy recipes? Try my salmon recipe! You can add your own side dishes, but my personal favorites are roasted garlic potatoes or cous cous.

Ingredients:
2 pieces of salmon
2 lemons
dill and parsley (or seasonings of choice)
olive oil

Directions:
Place salmon pieces in pan. Squeeze lemon juice over salmon (you can also zest some lemon peel on top) and throw some lemon slices into the pan as well. Drizzle olive oil on top of salmon then add seasonings.
I broil the salmon for about 15 minutes or until it looks crispy but you can bake it on 400 for 20 minutes if you would rather it less crispy more moist.
