Beef, Chicken or Salmon Salad:

Ingredients for Salad:
Lettuce
cherry tomatoes
cubed avocado (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 package ramen noodles
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Beef/Chicken or Salmon.
Equal parts toasted sesame oil and soy sauce.

Ingredients for Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
1 tbsp sugar/agave
3 tbsp (rice) vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions for Dressing:
Combine the dressing ingredients and shake well.

Directions for Salad:
Saute the ramen noodles, sesame seeds and sliced almonds in 1 tbsp olive oil. Marinate beef/chicken/salmon in the toasted sesame oil and soy sauce mixture, then broil. Place lettuce, tomatoes and avocado in a bowl. Layer the sauteed topping on top. Add the beef/chicken or salmon. Then top with dressing just before serving.
