Spinach Pie

10oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
6oz feta cheese
1 C small curd 1% cottage cheese
2 t dried parsley
2 t dried dill
1/2 t salt
3 eggs beaten
1/2 C margarine softened
8 oz fillo dough
Pam olive oil cooking spray

In a 9×13″ pan, layer 10 sheets of fillo dough. Each time you lay down a sheet of dough, spray lightly with cooking spray and scatter about 1/2t of breadcrumbs so layers will not clump together. Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl (make sure spinach is fairly dry) and spoon on top of fillo. Top with remaining fillo, using spray and breadcrumbs in between the layers like before. Spray the top layer well and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Let set 10 minutes on the counter, cut into squares and ENJOY!
