Meat Lasagna with Spinach
I use the ready to bake lasagna, that does not need to be boiled however you can use the standard ones as well.
Brown chopped meat and then add a ready made marinara sauce, I used a mushroom and garlic one.
while that is cooking, prepare spinach on the stove. Boil frozen or fresh spinach.
pour some marinara sauce onto the bottom of a 9×13 pan, then layer the pasta, meat sauce and spinach. When you have the final layer, be sure to pour some additional sauce on top so it doesn’t dry out.
bake on 350′ for about an hour.
