Passover Egg Noodles

Serves 4-6 people

Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 cup of water
1 cup of potato starch

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Heat up a medium to large sized skillet with oil. Once hot pour batter into pan using a cup and wait for pancake to form. (you do not need to cook both sides!) Once large crepes/pancakes are formed, roll each one and slice into noodles. These are great with soup for dinner, or served for breakfast with jelly or chocolate chips melted on them.
