Chicken Taco Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon sweet red paprika
1 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup black beans
1 large tomato, diced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup mayo
Tortilla chips, crushed
Directions:
Combine oil and spices in a large ziplock bag. Add chicken to bag and zip it shut. Marinate chicken in bag while you heat up a large frying pan. Add chicken to heated pan and cook chicken until cooked through. Slice cooked chicken into thin pieces then place in a large serving dish with brown rice, corn, black beans, and tomatoes. Combine mayo and salsa and drizzle over salad. Add crushed tortilla chips. Optional, Top with chopped cilantro.
