This is my mother’s recipe and made our house the place to be on Pesach! The recipe was selected by Kosher Gelatin as their winning recipe and was featured on their new product, Elyon Pesach Marshmallows.
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of potato starch
1/2 cup of cocoa powder (use Hershey’s cocoa for the best taste!)
1 bag of Elyon Kosher for Passover mini or regular sized marshmallows
1 bag of chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix oil, eggs, sugar, potato starch & cocoa powder together with a hand mixer. Bake in a 9 x 13 pan for 25 minutes then layer with marshmallows & chocolate chips and continue to bake until the marshmallows have browned.
