Chicken Kebobs

Ingredients:

chicken cutlets
1 cup oil
paprika
chicken consomme
honey
black pepper
can whole mushrooms
red pepper
onion
squash

Directions:

Cut cutlets in bite size pieces. Cut the red pepper and onion in cubes and squash in circles, leave mushrooms whole. In a bowl put oil, season with spices to taste. Put in chicken and veggies and coat. Take sticks and stick in chicken and veggies in desired pattern. Place on 9×13 pan. Broil a few minutes and then turn to broil on other side. Keep an eye on it cuz it burns fast.

    one day i decided to change up this recipe a bit and it came out rly rly good. u guys shud try it.
    instead of using the oily mixture i used bbq sauce, duck sauce and spiced it with paprika, garlic powder and black pepper. dipped the veggies and chicken and put them on skewers. baked it on 350 till the chicken was baked it came out delicious and soft!!
