  • Sarrit: What brand of soft margarine do you use? Some kosher brands are so full of water that my recipes don’t come out. Cookies spread out way too much! Please give me a tip so my blondies come out perfectly! Thank you, Nechama

  • Sarrit says, “Mother’s Soft Margarine (comes in 2-pack tubs) – the regular blue package NOT the sweet/unsalted one.”

  • Why use egg substitute and not just egg? Also, if I wanted to make this a bit healthier, what type of margarine substitute could I use? Also, can you use regular stick margarine and just melt that?
